Do you offer take out?

We can arrange for a board to be prepared for take-out with one week advance notice. We charge a 10% take-out fee and an automatic 18% gratuity on these boards. You may submit an email request if you are interested.

Do we need a reservation to dine with you?

Yes, reservations are highly recommended.  We save some tables for walk-ins, however we fill up very quickly. We do not have bar seating, and the seating available in our sister restaurants Top Notch Burgers and The View also fill up very quickly.

Do you keep a wait list?

We keep a wait list but due to how busy we can be our wait list times may not always be accurate.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

No, we do not have a wheelchair access. There are two steps required to get down into the restaurant and then also a few more steps within our seating area.

Do you offer a corkage option?

Yes, we offer wine corkage for $25 per bottle and $45 per champagne bottle. Non-alcoholic wine or bubbly is $15.

Is there a dress code?

We do not have a dress code; come however you feel comfortable. Shoes and shirt are required for service.

Can I do payments or special arrangements over the phone?

All credit card transactions are done via a secure PCI compliant pin pad. We can accept credit cards over the phone or via email with the general manager. Regular staff members are not permitted to process credit cards manually. We can also arrange for e-transfers. If you are wanting to pay for a guests’ meal, please make these arrangements several days before the reservation, to ensure we have enough time to process your request.

Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?

We do have many vegetarian options, as well as some vegan options, including a vegan cheddar.

Do you have gluten free options?

We have many gluten-free crackers and accompaniments available, and our cheeses, meats, and seafood options are all gluten-free. Please be advised that our kitchen does have allergens and while our staff will always take the utmost care, there is a chance of cross contamination.

How can I get a gift card?  

Gift cards can be purchased in person any day from 4pm - 11pm.  Gift cards can also be ordered through our email via e-transfer or credit card to be mailed to you via Canada Post.  They are physical cards and cannot be printed.

Are service animals allowed? 

Service animals are permitted when accompanied by official government issued certifications.

Do you have a patio?

No, we do not have any outdoor dining available.

Do you allow kids?

We do not allow minors, and we will ID all guests who appear under the age of 30 at the door.

Can I bring in my own cake?

You may bring in your own celebratory cake so long as it is prepared from an approved VIHA establishment. Home-made cakes are not allowed due to the risk of food safety hazards. We charge a $15 cake fee.

Can I leave a reservation on your email?

We check our email on a daily basis to ensure that we stay updated. However, if you do not receive a confirmation email or a booking confirmation from Tock, we strongly recommend reaching out to us to verify that your email was sent to the correct address. It is important to note that we cannot guarantee a table without proper proof of confirmation, so please double-check your communication with us.

Why don’t you accept reservations over 8 people on weekends?

We are a smaller, more intimate restaurant that features unique, custom-made tables designed to create a cozy atmosphere, and as a result, it can be quite challenging to accommodate larger groups in this limited space. Our establishment tends to become very busy on Friday and Saturday evenings, which makes it crucial to limit the size of the group. This approach ensures that we can consistently provide the same fast service and attentive, high-quality care to all of our guests dining with us in the restaurant.
